Warehouse Manager (Vietnam Based, 45 minutes from Hanoi City)

We are a Singapore listed Electronics Manufacturing Services (“EMS”) provider and the preferred supplier of some global companies in consumer electronics as well as industrial and commercial electronics products. Warehouse Manager (Vietnam Based, 45 minutes from Hanoi City)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably with experience in managing overseas warehouses.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in logistics management or a related field.

• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles with proven operational management skills to effectively develop and implement warehousing strategies.
• Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management System and related operational processes, with solid data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong team oriented mind set, capable of coordinating resources across internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operations within the overseas warehouse facility.
• Implement and optimize warehousing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate inventory management practices, including stock counts and replenishments.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, freight forwarder and local authorities to facilitate inbound and outbound shipment and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to achieve performance excellence.
• Conduct regular evaluations of warehouse performance metrics and reporting to senior management.
