Warehouse Assistant Manager (Cold Store)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in management a warehouse, preferably in cold storage warehouse
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication, people management and time management skill
• Hard working, responsible, pro-active and time player

Job Duties:

• Manage Cold Storage Warehouse daily operations including inventory management and warehouse management
• Ensure the warehouse operation is executed under a secure, effective and efficient manner
• Supervise warehouse staff to perform excellence store keeping and goods receiving functions
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to implement business plans
• Manage daily warehouse activities such as dispatching, receiving, sorting, distribution, inventory control
• Monitor the warehouse operation procedures are properly followed
• Ensure the warehouse in good hygiene environment meeting the standard of food Safety requirements and arrange Food Safety Meeting regularly to discuss food safety and quality improvement
• Handle compliant from customers and provide solutions and improvement plans
