Warehouse Assistant

We are an integrated electronics manufacturing services providers, HK based with factories in Guangdong and Vietnam.

We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse operations, including goods receiving, return and warehouse record to make sure process work effectively (負責一般貨倉工作，貨物點收、拆貨、搬貨、執貨，整理貨倉，處理訂單，包裝出貨，盤點存貨，根據文件流程記錄及歸檔)
• Uploading & Unloading truck (裝貨及卸貨)
• Assist with inventory control; receive and release, process, check, and label items for our specialized storage system (協助庫存控制； 為我們的專業存儲系統收取和發放、處理、檢查和標記物品)
• Work with freight forwarders and factories to coordinate shipments (略懂出入口文件)
• Responsible for reports and other required general administration duties (處理一般辦公室文書工作)
• Handle tradelink declaration (報關)
• Willing to oversea business trips (願意海外出差工作)
• Preform other ad hoc duties as assigned (處理其他指派的職務)
• Electronic knowledge is highly preferable。(熟悉電子零件優先考慮)

Requirements

• F. 5 or above
• As least 2 years related experience; manufacturing is advance
• Read and Write both English and Chinese
• Good communication and coordination skills with other teams.
• Computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
• Immediate available is highly preferred
