职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative and logistic tasks related to training
- Perform reception duties at front desk
- Ensure the daily operation of the training centre is smooth
- Assist in preparing monthly reports for management reference
- Coordinate training programs and arrange training schedules
- Support and provide excellent customer service for the full cycle of exam centre operation, from examinee registration to completion of examination
- Answer incoming phone call and handle customers enquiries
- Handle ad-hoc situations and work closely with training team to accomplish team goals
Requirements:
- Form 5 education or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Creative, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded and able to deal with ad-hoc situations
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skill and service manner
- Good PC skill in usage of Excel, MS Word & Chinese Word Processing
