Trainer (Air Cargo / Ramp / Freighter Operation)

• Deliver quality and professional training of cargo, ramp, terminal operations to operational team & industry insiders
• Coordinate with airlines, authorities, contractors and user departments on course scheduling and application
• Update training content to meet customer airlines’ standard and authorities’ regulations
• Liaise with vendor and user departments on creating innovative online programme and manage the e-learning platform
• Upkeep training record in company database and assist in preparing materials for training-related audit
• Prepare regular training statistics report to supervisor
• Assist in projects such as training course enhancement, educational and awareness campaigns and new training technology review
• Coordinate and conduct company visit tours for external parties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification

• 5 years' operational experience in air cargo / ramp handling / load control / terminal operation or 5 years’ aviation / airline / logistics industry work experience, including 2 years in training function
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines; incumbent of lower educational background, but with both operational and training experience will also be considered
• Holding Certificate of Dangerous Goods Competency-Based Training is an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good communication, presentation skill, and computer knowledge in MS Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Trainer
