Timepiece Advisor (Sales, Luxury Watches)

Our client, a leading brand in Luxury watches is hiring a Timepiece Advisor (sales):

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Achieving sales targets & maintaining a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience
• Excellent cross-selling skills
• Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements: 

• At least 1 year luxury retail industry or store operation experience
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Mature and able to work independently
• Demonstrated a strong sense of high-end fashion
• Immediately available or short-time notice is highly preferred
