Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree holder;
• At least 3years including 2 of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, media, social media management, copywriting and/or event management;
• Skills and well use of Adobe, Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva content design tools (or other multimedia tools equivalent);
• Available immediately

About the job

• Contract Period: 1 year renewable contract
• Salary per month: HKD30,630 per month / 12 days’ AL per year
• Working time: 0900-1800 from Monday to Friday (excluding General Holidays)
• Working Location: APB Centre, 9 Sung Ping Street, Hung Hom

Job Duty

• Implementing initiatives for enhancing the engagement programmes and publicity;
• Planning, coordinating and implementing publicity campaigns, e.g. roadshow, exhibition, outreach programmes etc;
• Coordinating event logistic, implementing marketing projects such as promotion, corporate events, video production, publication, collaterals and premiums & Gifts;
• Delivering support to the department for all aspects of projects & event management;
• Undertake such additional tasks as the supervisor in the department may direct from time to time;
• Assisting in project and event coordination for marketing, publicity and promotion activities;
• Preparing project report, meeting notes, presentation, and project schedule etc,
