Technical & Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical & Quality Assurance Engineer to join us. This role is designed with a development path to succeed a QA Manager. The ideal candidate will support both technical operations and quality assurance initiatives to ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards.

Duties :

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and procedures
• Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
• Prepare technical documentation and quality reports
• Participate in audits and regulatory compliance activities

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a technical or quality assurance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication with team spirit
• Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001…etc.) is a plus
• Experience in construction or manufacturing industries an asset
• Knowledge of quality assessment tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Good language skills in English and Chinese
