Technical Product Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Product Specialist to support the Product Team in ensuring seamless product operations, documentation, and user support. This role requires travel to Shenzhento collaborate with cross-border teams, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure smooth product deployments.
The ideal candidate has a technical background (SQL, Excel, SharePoint), strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Procedures – Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and operating procedures in English and Chinese.
Product Setup & Configuration – Maintain system configurations and assist in troubleshooting across HK and Shenzhen teams.
User Support – Provide first/second-line technical support (onsite & remote) for product-related issues.
Issue Triage & Escalation – Log, categorize, and escalate issues to Engineering, QA, or Product teams.
Development Tracking – Monitor bug fixes, feature releases, and provide updates to stakeholders.
Cross-Border Coordination – Travel to Shenzhenfor onsite training, and alignment with development teams.
Data Analysis – Use SQL & Excel to generate reports on product performance and support trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Technical Skills – Strong in SQL (querying, data analysis), Excel (pivot tables, macros), SharePoint.
✔ Language Proficiency – Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (written & spoken).
✔ Problem-Solving – Ability to diagnose technical issues and propose solutions.
✔ Travel Flexibility – Willingness to travel to Shenzhen.
✔ Experience – 2+ years in product support, technical writing, or IT support (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience with ClickUp, JIRA, Confluence, or ticketing systems.
Basic knowledge of APIs, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
