Technical IT Business Analyst(Ref: CIF-FS2-2025-329)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage the process of defining business requirements on ERP and various IT operational systems and Apps, and manage BI Development
• Oversee application quality assurance and coordinate user acceptance tests
• Conduct demo, presentation, workshops and walkthroughs with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements
• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users for system enhancements or new implementations
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement feedback channels
• Work closely with the Project Team and Solution Vendors to establish project scope, objectives, and key deliverables
• Provide ongoing support for ERP systems, IT applications, and associated infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams or external service providers
• Maintain lean and effective documentation including Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), Functional Specifications (FS), Configuration, User & System Manuals and ISO27001
• Evaluate outsourcing IT solution providers and assess commercial and open-source IT solutions for business applications or infrastructure

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering,  Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP and IT Applications implementation, business requirements gathering, business process mapping, report development, mock-up, test cycle management, and user training
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, proactive approach, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an added advantage
• Certification or Familiarity with PMP, Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Knowledge of Secure software development lifecycle, ERP, Power BI / Fine BI Development, low code/no code app building e.g. Rouyi, Power App, Power Automate, programming, and database & SQL programming
• Knowledge of Cloud or On-Premises Linux/Windows Server setup for IT Applications
