Technical Business Analyst - Banking (~60k)

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements to align with business objectives.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose redesigns for efficiency.
• Serve as a key liaison among business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure effective communication of needs.
• Assist in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating test cases and resolving issues.
• Drive user training initiatives and support system launches through the creation of necessary materials.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve system monitoring and overall business value.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a strong technical foundation.
• Background in the banking industry with experience in application or system-related projects.
• Proficient in wireframing and UI/UX design tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) is a plus.
• Experience in process optimization and workflow management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and web technologies is beneficial.
• Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
