Teaching Helper for Children's Workshops (PT)

What do we need from you:

  • Assist in facilitating activities and teaching during children’s workshops in kindergartens of the CSSA Award

  • Support the administrative work, including preparation, packing, and delivery of teaching materials.

  • Translate necessary information on CSNet and CSP Learning Platform as requested.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, ensure efficient reporting and provide regular and timely updates of the work assigned by the supervisor.

What do we expect from you:

  • University/ Associate or Higher Diploma student, preferably studying Early Childhood Education (Undergraduates are welcome)

  • Passionate about working with Children

  • Fluent in Cantonese

Personal Qualities

  • Passionate about serving society and children in adversity

  • Highly motivated towards child rights programmes, quick learner, able to work independently and with good team spirit

  • Organised, detail-minded and demonstrate a can-do attitude

  • Self-initiated and responsible

  • Align with Plan International’s values

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Must submit a Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) before employment

  • Required to complete our organisation’s “Child Safeguarding” training

  • Proficiency in the application of graphic software and digital production for service promotion will be a plus

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule, with availability during weekday school hours highly preferred.

  • Occasional early starts (e.g., 8:00 AM) for material preparation during the day.
