Systems Administrator / Senior Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Participate and support a large-scale public sector systems implementation project in a team of over 100 members
• Responsible for infrastructure, including but not limited to system, server, and network for monitoring, support, and administration
• Work with different parties, including multiple subcontractors and suppliers to provide the services
• Provide day-to-day support to users and project teams
• Overtime and after-office hour work required whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline

• Holder at least one of professional certificates - SCEA, CISSP, CISA, OCP, CCNA & MCP or equivalent is desirable

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, and 2 years in systems administrator roles in one of the following areas:

  -Linux

  -Windows

  -ESXi and k8s;

  -LAN/WAN technology and routing protocols

  -Huawei and Cisco equipment

• Hands-on in system and networking monitoring tools, email system, DNS, MySQL, proxy server, load balancer or AD;
• Experience in Linux shell/Perl scripting;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua will be an advantage); able to interact with customer directly
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and be a good team player.
