System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 and CDSS.
• Handle system migration from Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365.
• Provide ongoing support for Workflow Systems, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and SSRS Reports.
• Participate in IT projects, including collecting user requirements, designing systems, developing solutions, testing, implementation, user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and refine requirements, delivering solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Support users with troubleshooting, bug fixing, and handling ad-hoc queries.
• Manage vendors and work with senior management stakeholders across business and IT.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in IT application development and support.
• Experience working on either Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365
• Solid hands-on experience with Workflow Systems and SharePoint.
• Strong development expertise in .NET, C#, and MSSQL.
• Knowledge in cloud applications, Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Analyst Programmer role.
