System Analyst

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for supporting and enhancing operations technology and enterprise systems, with a strong focus on SAP, automation, and related platforms. This includes troubleshooting system and issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, accountable for driving system improvements, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to both strategic projects and ad hoc business needs.

Expectations of the Role:

• Oversee daily SAP configuration updates and deliver operational support across EWM, HANA, MM, and SD modules.

• Collaborate with functional teams to maintain system stability and optimize performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Master Data Governance (MDG), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other operations technology platforms.

• Participate in system integration projects, including UAT and deployment

• Design and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders

• Provide training and support for business intelligence dashboards

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms

• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives

• Provide ad hoc support as assigned

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• A least 3 years of experience in operations technology, system operations or technology support within operational environments

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and configuration processes

• Experience with MDG (Master Data Governance), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Advantage to Have:

• With work experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical is preferable

• Familiar with Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs) integrated with Enterprise Warehouse Management System (EWM) or Warehouse Execution System (WES)
