System Analyst / Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst / Full-Stack Technologist to take over system responsibilities across ongoing and new projects. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing system architectures, and ensuring seamless implementation of software solutions. You will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and end-users to enhance system efficiency and support digital initiatives. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to cutting-edge web and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user requirements; design and implement effective system solutions
• Develop and maintain web applications and databases, ensuring integration with existing systems
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to resolve technical issues
• Support deployment processes on cloud platforms and assist in ERP or system migrations as needed
• Document system specifications, workflows, and technical designs for team reference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years experience in software or full-stack development
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a System Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in key technologies: C#, PHP, React, MSSQL, MySQL and AWS services

• Experience deploying and managing iOS/Android apps and related APIs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Passion with good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under reasonable timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with: Python, Node.js, MongoDB, Git, or AI API integration
• Experience with frameworks: Laravel, Yii2, Django, WordPress
