Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management:Oversee and manage all purchasing activities across the company to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

  • Product Data Management:Maintain and update the product database to ensure all developed and manufactured products meet customer requirements and internal standards.

  • Inventory Control:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure healthy stock levels are maintained to support uninterrupted production.

  • Vendor Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the electronic components industry
  • Solid background in supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, and warehouse management
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough in execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Supply Chain Officer; more experienced candidate will be considered as Supply Chain Officer.
