Summer Intern - Code Compliance (Service Field Operations)

Period: 2 June- 15 August 2025

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing Existing Scheduling System within 2 months

  Creating, maintaining, and adjusting schedules based on equipment examination due date requirements

• Coordinating Available Resources

  Balancing available resources against special requests to ensure all tasks are completed on time

  Planning work schedules for Registered Lift/ Escalator Engineer and Examiners

  Making phone calls to customers to confirm examination date

   

• Managing conflicts

  Adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines

  Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues

   

Requirements:

• Degree undergraduate

• Ability to work independently

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good at MS Excel and PowerPoint
