Sr. Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Handle overall project co-ordination and progress monitoring;
• Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractor and all other professions to ensure that the results of projects will lead to successful completion

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma graduate in Building Studies / Building Surveying / Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• Min. 14 years of experience in construction management, in which at least 3 years in management level;
• Handle project independently;
• Strong project management skill, ability to tackle problem proactively and foster team spirit;
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese;
• Proficiency in Ms Office including word and Excel;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered to Project Manager.
