Specialist I - Account Expansion (Store Development), 1 yr Renewable Contract

• We are looking for high caliber candidate to join our team, reporting to the team leader, you would expect your major responsibilities to be the followings:
  

Responsibilities:

·         Supporting the team to prepare related documents including contract, SOW, payment documents and status reports, etc.

·         involving in assisting the development of store project till completion and ensure the design, construction, and all related process up to standard.

·         Assisting the project execution to ensure the construction of projects is carried out in a timely and quality manner

·         Liaise and collaborate with different stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors and internal teams

·         Assist routine doors maintenance & replenishment management

·         Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

·         Highly preferred Diploma/Associate Degree holder in construction, project management or relevant disciplines

·         Around 1-2 years of experience

·         Experience in COUPA system & Contract handling is highly preferred.

·         Candidate with experience including but not limited to Sportswear, fashion, travel retail would have a great advantage

·         Passionate, flexible, detail-minded as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English is a must; fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage

·         Knowledge of Microsoft office

·         Flexible for business travel (Macau & China, etc.)
