Spare Part Co-Ordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spare Part Co-Ordinatorto join our team at Plasser Far East Ltd. in Admiralty Central and Western District. This is a TEMPORARY position for SIX MONTHS (Mid- July/2025 to Mid Jan 2026)that will play a crucial role in coordinating the procurement and distribution of spare parts for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to manage the procurement and delivery of spare parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are readily available to meet customer demands
• Process orders, arrange shipments, and provide updates to customers on order status
• Collaborate and plan for future spare parts requirements
• Implement and monitor processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the spare parts supply chain
• Provide customer service and troubleshoot any issues that arise

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client/sales administration or spare parts coordination role
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using relevant systems for order processing
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes in the client/sales administration industry
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely delivery of spare parts
