Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic development team supporting large-scale projects in the public sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge web applications using modern technologies like JavaScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, and cloud-native architectures. You will collaborate with fellow developers on system development, testing, deployment, and documentation, while gaining exposure to DevOps practices, API management, and microservices. Ideal candidates will have a foundation in programming, a passion for web technologies, and the ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and enthusiasm are welcome to apply. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in using new architecture by applying contemporary cloud technologies, including container hosting and orchestration, API management gateway, micro/mesh-services, DevOps, etc.
• Participate in a large-scale development project in the public sector.
• Contribute to developing quality software and website applications, system testing, and assist in user acceptance.
• To support data and system updates based on client requirements.
• Take part in preparing and maintaining documentation for application systems throughout the project period and system cycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in information Technolgy, Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Experience/Interest in web-based product development.
• Knowledge of database structure (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive, cross-browser code.
• Knowledge of object-oriented languages like Java or C# is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Less experienced candidates or Fresh graduates are welcome to be considered as Junior Software Developer.
