Shipping & Sales Co-ordinator (Full time/Part-time)

Job duties

• Sales order processing and shipments export to China & Asian Pacific
• Handle local sales and services orders
• Preparing full sets of export documents including shipment booking, commercial invoices, packing list, etc.
• Handle customs declaration
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties
• Prepare inventory and sales reports
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• DSE / Diploma or above in Logisitic/Supply Chain management
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• At lease 3 years related working experience, preferably with exposure in exporting to China
• Hands on knowledge in EPR system
• Strong in Microsoft office, especially in Excel and Outlook
• A good team player, pro-active, self-motivated, can work under pressure
• Good communication and inter-personal skills to work with different stakeholders
• Immediate available is perferred
