(Senior) Trade Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties on joint promotion and material production to cater promotion needs

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Teams on daily basis and oversee trade promotion alignments across channels

• Ensure Brand standards for channels are aligned （e.g. consistent use of brand key visuals）

• Develop Channel Activity Plan with effective utilization of resources and strike for the best return

• Share market intelligence together with insights regularly with Sales & Marketing teams

• Identify shopper insights and translate insights into business opportunities of specific channels

• Provide market intelligence report, conduct sales analysis and promotion evaluation

• Ad-Hoc task as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor's in marketing, business or related discipline

• Working in field is necessary for market intelligence and events

• Effective communication, negotiation and coordination skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in key account sales/ trade marketing experience/ retail sales management. More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Marketing Associate

• Proficiency in written and spoken of Chinese and English

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• A team player with good analytical and interpersonal skills
