Qualification

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the building materials industry;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively;

Strong interpersonal skills and with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Job Duties

• Sales of building materials/ products to Developers, Contractors, Architects, Consultants and Government Departments;
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring profitability;
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients;
• Collaborating with the various teams to implement effective sales strategies;
• Searching for potential projects in the market involving company’s products
