What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to acquire new clients across global markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key international clients
  • Conducting market research and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's sales capabilities
  • Support ad-hoc sales-related projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • University Degree or above, ideally in Business or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in toy industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive.
