What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to acquire new clients across global markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key international clients
- Conducting market research and identifying new sales opportunities
- Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's sales capabilities
- Support ad-hoc sales-related projects as needed
What we're looking for
- University Degree or above, ideally in Business or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in toy industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive.
