职位描述

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager / Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our advertising operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving operational excellence across our advertising formats.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for outdoor advertising formats including billboards, digital displays, rooftop signages, and exhibition sites etc
  • Oversee the daily posting, maintenance, cleaning and ad hoc typhoon arrangement of outdoor billboards and digital displays; and to ensure all formats are safe, clean, and visually appealing
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
  • Maintain good relationship with landlords including MTRC, property developers, tunnel operator and government departments, follow the respective operation and safety policies and attend their needs on timely basis.
  • Regular review on manpower planning, workflow efficiency, and logistics
  • Proactively support daily activities of advertising signages construction with ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality and safety standards, company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and promote best practices in operations
  • Competency in applying and maintaining relevant licence registration with relevant authorities (e.g. CP with MTR) for the performance of daily operative work.
  • Conduct regular safety audits with MTR
  • Liaise with suppliers and production house on banner printing, digital display and system installation, AV solutions installation, and special execution/ special creative advertising campaigns.
  • Response to Sales teams’ enquiries on digital and non-digital advertisement operations.
  • Manage and monitor contractors’ performance and maintain policies related to on-site inspections.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as from time to time assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years of relevant experience gained from OOH/DOOH/advertising media or their nominated contractors.
  • Experience in outdoor advertising is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in operations and quality management principles
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to irregular hours or holiday shifts
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Self-driven, able to work under pressure.
  • Good communications and problem-solving skills.
