What you have to do…

• Assist with daily store operations to ensure efficiency while adhering to company standards and procedures
• Communicate effectively with frontline team to ensure brand strategy, guidelines and plans are well delivered
• Support the development and refinement of operational policies and procedures
• Help monitor and improve the customer journey to build brand loyalty and drive business growth
• Collect data to support forecasting, expense control, and staff productivity and other KPI tracking
• Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to reach business goals
• Provide support on the upcoming flagship store projects
• Perform other add-hoc duties as required/assigned

What we expected…

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in the beauty/FMCG industry; luxury sector or department store experience is a plus
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, and with a strong sense of accountability
• Demonstrates a positive and can-do attitude
• Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting with people of different levels, departments, cultures, and backgrounds
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
