About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Execution professional to join our expanding marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys fast-moving creative environments, and is eager to grow in the world of multi-brand development and integrated marketing.
You will play a key role in executing go-to-market strategies, driving product turnover through creative campaigns, and managing PR and KOL seeding initiatives to enhance brand visibility. The position requires strong organizational skills, a growth-driven mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting fashion storytelling with business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Go-to-Market StrategyDevelop and execute go-to-market launch plans for new and seasonal collections across multiple product lines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign timelines, messaging, and visuals align with brand objectives.
Monitor market insights, competitor activities, and fashion trends to inform product positioning and launch narratives.
Plan and execute creative marketing actions to increase product sell-through and customer engagement.
Support both online and offline marketing initiatives, including festive campaigns, influencer collaborations, and pop-up activations.
Work closely with the design and e-commerce teams to optimize performance and storytelling through data-driven insights.
Lead influencer seeding campaigns from planning to reporting — including KOL selection, product dispatch, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with media, KOLs, and creative partners.
Manage press materials and brand communications with accuracy and consistency.
Oversee daily content creation and scheduling across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and blog).
Develop growth strategies to increase engagement and followers across both Hong Kong and China markets.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals and copy reflect brand tone and seasonal direction.
Manage daily marketing tasks and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.
Track campaign deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality execution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing workflows and creative efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
Proven experience in PR, influencer marketing, and social media operations.
Strong understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, and brand positioning.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Passion for growth marketing and data-driven performance improvement.
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
