Senior Manager - Sales (Food Service / Frozen Food)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate sales strategies for frozen food categories to drive business revenue and profit margins in wet market, food services and key account channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Explore new business opportunities in the market
• Identify and understand market trends for long term business development
• Lead the team to achieve revenue targets and upkeep engagement with key customers
• Work with internal departments to co-ordinate the relevant sales activities and control procedures
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• 6-8 years’ FMCG sales & marketing experience in a sizable organization, preferably in food industry
• Remarkable sales experience and achievements in frozen food / chilled food categories is highly preferred
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
