Senior Logistics Supervisor (Ref. no.: JDB_25_018)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge the daily operation of logistics activities related to warehousing and transportation team
• Manage the cross-boarding transportation team and ensure the customs compliance and on-time delivery;
• Prepare the replenishment delivery schedule for HK flour demand planning;
• Coordinate with respective departments and subcontractors for high quality logistic delivery services;
• Prepare the SOP and Work Instruction for standard operations;
• Handle documentation, Account Payable processing and other administrative duties;
• Prepare various reports and identify root causes for management review and regular operation;

• Participate in ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 5 years relevant Inhouse logistic working experience in inventory or logistics field, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Experience in ERP/WMS/TMS system is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Willing to accept new challenges, result-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks independently
