Senior/ Lead Business Analyst (Java) - Top Bank - (40k - 95k)

A leading financial services firm is looking for a passionate Senior/ Lead Business Analyst (Java) to join their team. If you enjoy working closely with business users and IT teams to create technology solutions that truly make a difference in securities, brokerage, and wealth management services, this role is for you!

In this role, you will be the bridge between business and IT—gathering and analyzing requirements, conducting gap analyses, and helping design and implement systems that enhance business operations. You’ll collaborate with developers and project managers, support UAT, and assist in training users on new processes.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience insecurities, banking, brokerage, or wealth management IT/business analysis (candidates with more years of experience will be considered for more senior titles)

• Good knowledge of securities trading, brokerage operations, financial products (funds, bonds, structured products), and regulations
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis

• Experience working with Java development and frameworks is a MUST

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s or certifications a plus)
• Great communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
