Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Manager of North East Asia, the incumbent will provide professional HR advice / guidance to various service lines and assist the Manager in the execution of projects in the region including, but not limited to:

• Review and administer monthly payroll process and prepare payroll reporting and annual budget

• Administer employee benefits program, which includes retirement plans, leave policies, employee assistance programs, and insurance policies such as life, medical and employee compensation

• Drive and participate in key projects and make recommendation and suggestions to Senior Management for improvements

• Conduct salary and benefits market research to define benchmarks

• Monitor government regulations, industry trends and market best practice in the C&B sphere

• Maintain accurate database in the HRIS (Workday)

• Drives process improvements and aligns with Global and Regional HR Teams

• Provide support in other HR functions, ad hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines

• At least 5 years of work experience with focus on the C&B function

• Hands-on experience in Workday is a definite advantage

• High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information

• Detail-minded, self-driven and positive approach to work and flexible to change

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
