Senior Financial Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Finance Manager

• Focus on Accounts Payable such as initiating bank payments, preparing cheques, recording accounts payable transactions, reviewing suppliers’ invoices, etc. 

• Handle daily accounting operations such as issuing debit notes, preparing bank reconciliations, intercompany settlements, etc. 

• Provide timely, accurate and professional management reports and financial statements. 

• Assist in year-end audits.

• Provide support to establish and maintain good internal control.

• Undertake ad hoc reports and assignments.

Requirements:

• University graduate with Accountancy degree or related disciplines

• Student member of professional accounting bodies or equivalent

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Responsible, well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Hands-on experience in accounting system an advantage

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
