Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree holder in finance, accounting or relevant discipline with professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, etc.)
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory and tax requirements
• Versatility in use of accounting software
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proactive, flexible, independent. self-motivated with good team player
• Experience in legal industry is an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage full accounting functions of our Hong Kong and Beijing offices
• Oversee account receivables, account payable, credit control and payroll
• Financial planning, budget control, cash flow and treasury management
• Accounts analysis and finance reporting
• Handle audits, tax and statutory filing requirements
• Lead and supervise the finance team
