Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, IT Customer Solution (Warehouse)

We are seeking a highly experienced, solution-oriented and customer-focused candidate to lead technology initiatives supporting warehouse operations, with a strong emphasis on electronic gadgets logistics. This role is critical in bridging IT and operations to deliver tailored solutions that meet both internal and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and assist in the design, implementation, and support of IT systems for warehouse operations, focusing on electronic gadgets logistics and customer-specific solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to understand operational needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Manage and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP integrations, and automation tools to support high-volume, high-value inventory.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Act as the key IT contact for customer solution initiatives, ensuring timely communication and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in warehouse IT systems, especially in handling electronic gadgets (e.g., serial tracking, returns, testing workflows).
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for warehouse and IT teams.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience or more in IT and warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in electronic gadgets or consumer electronics.

• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure in warehouse environments.

• Extensive experience with Manhattan WMS is a strong advantage but not a must

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus.
