Job Description:

  • Assist to formulate sales strategy.
  • Develop new business and follow up different projects independently.
  • Provide technical support and to generate sales within the set budgets.
  • Serve as a key customer contact and service point for major customer account.
  • Meeting clients at all levels with difference backgrounds.
  • Understand competitor’s activities, attend trade shows, conference and keeping abreast of effective market intelligence.
  • Prepare cost estimation, quotation, proposals and tender documents.
  • Manage projects from design, sourcing and procurement, planning, monitoring from installation to completion and hand over, aftersales support and interfaces works in Hong Kong and China.
  • Lead and grow a team of engineers and technicians in HK and China and to coordinate with the sales team.
  • Handle technical support and to enhance current products and services, in terms of variety, performance and total cost management.

Key Specifications:

  • Prepare sales pitchingproposals and tender for new projects, establish sales strategies and execute plans to expand networks and product awareness in Hong Kong.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate terms & conditions including prices for key customers.
  • Prepare key account handling protocol.
  • Manage the project to complete according to contract, time, cost, quality and safety, requirements.
  • Handle all technical and project management issues.
  • coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Manage and motivate Engineering team in project execution and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
  • 3- 8years sales, customer service, business development and project management or Building Services experience in Hong Kong and China. Preferably with HVAC/environmental/green engineering exposure.
  • Able to multi-task and handle various tasks at once.
  • Successful track record in new business development and key account management.
  • Proven track record of customer relationship management.
  • Experience in managing high end demanding customers.
  • Problem solving and result orientated; self-motivated as well as a team player.
  • Good command of written and oral English and Putonghua (written simplified Chinese).
  • Outgoing personality and a good team player.
  • Required to travel.
