Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain construction IT solutions, including project management, BIM integration, and workflow automation.

• Collaborate with teams to implement scalable systems supporting end-to-end construction processes.

• Integrate AI/ML for project design and development, with core functions using n8n + AI for workflow automation and intelligent agents (e.g., predictive analysis, risk assessment).

• Deploy production environments, ensuring performance, data security, and integration with CAD tools.

• Contribute to cloud infrastructures for handling site data (e.g., IoT, 3D models).

• Prototype innovations to support startup growth, leveraging n8n for digital efficiency.

Essential Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven programming experience (Programmer: 2-3 years; Senior: 5+ years), focused on backend development and system integration.

• Proficiency in Laravel or similar frameworks for backend prototyping (suitable for API-driven apps).

• Hands-on experience developing production IT solutions, including design, deployment, and maintenance.

• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and API development.

• Experience with n8n, especially AI integrations, and proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom logic.

• Self-motivated, strong problem-solver, team player with responsibility in fast-paced startups.

Desirable Skills (Bonus)

• Cloud platform experience (e.g., Alibaba Cloud) for data pipelines and serverless architectures.

• Hands-on AI experience (e.g., image recognition, predictive maintenance, generative design).

• Understanding of construction workflows and integration with AutoCAD/Revit.

• Background in construction (e.g., bidding, material tracking, compliance solutions).

• Good English/Chinese communication; Mandarin advantage.
