Senior Data Analyst / Data Analyst

Responsibilities：

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Automate data processes and reporting where possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that support company growth.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly and influence decision-making across teams.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in developing tools and solutions from scratch.

• Other preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps or similar project management tools.
