Senior Business Application Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in Microsoft D365 F&O implementation, support and continuous process improvement
• Consolidate key users’ change requests and perform change cost/benefits analysis
• Coordinate between key users, management and system vendors/internal developers for system customisations tasks including requirements confirmation, UAT, user training and issue log monitoring
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft D365 F&O daily operations and collaboration between end-users and system vendors

Requirements

• Degree holder in computer science or business management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system implementations
• Solid experience in Microsoft D365 F&O in garment/apparel industry will be an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
