Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Respond to business users' inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
• Familiar with all business workflow, systems and applications, to prepare and update the related documents
• Liaise with different levels and business users, to gather and analyze user’s requirements and turn into an internal document / specification
• Prepare training materials and documentation for system implementation
• Design and implement test scenarios and test cases
• Maintain the project’s quality by time and quality control methods e.g., design and involve testing and project plan
• Report daily projects / tasks progress and status to supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Certification on project management (e.g. PMP) is highly preferred
• Familiar with Project Management Tools, Microsoft Office, esp. MS Excel
• Good Knowledge in ERP, HRMS, eForm and Workflow, AI Tools, MS SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and adaptive to changes
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
• Immediate available would be an advantage
