What You’ll Do:

• Tackle high-impact business challenges using advanced analytical technologies, including machine learning, simulation, reinforcement learning, graph algorithms, and optimization.

• Design and implement custom algorithms that operate at scale to solve real-world problems, such as workforce optimization, sales enhancement, operational efficiency, and waste prevention.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies that drive decision-making.

• Push the boundaries of innovation by experimenting with the latest tools and techniques in AI, ML, and data science.

What We’re Looking For:

• A problem solver who’s truly passionate about using technology to create positive change in the world.

• A master of at least 3 of the following:

  • Time Series Forecasting
  • Data processing and feature engineering (Python + SQL)
  • Machine Learning (Python)
  • MLOps (data processing & machine learning pipeline automation)
  • Back-end development (Linux, any backend language, docker)
  • Front-end development (Javascript-based)
  • MS Fabric, Azure Machine learning, Clickhouse
  • Monte Carlo / Agent-Based Simulation
  • Graph Algorithms
  • RNN/LSTM/Transformer
  • Reinforcement Learning
  • Customized Algorithm Design
