职位描述

 Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting duties
  • Full set of accounting operation
  • Assist in month end closing, bank reconciliation and accounting schedules
  • Maintaining up to date details in systems and databases
  • Handle day-to-day accounts receivable and payable operations
  • Verify data and process claims and reimbursement
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting;
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience;
  • Knowledge in MYOB accounting software;
  • Proficiency in MS office, including Excel and Word
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-initiated, willing to learn and able to meet deadlines under pressure;
  • Previous experience in a school would be an advantage
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritise workload, work independently
  • Immediate availability is preferable;
