Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month-end closing and prepare monthly reports / schedules
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including bank transactions, AR, AP and maintaining ledger
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
• To liaise with external auditors and handle the year-end audit issues
• To assist in some cost accounting duties and financial forecasts
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of commercial working experience (preferably gained in food trading industry but not essential)
• Proficient in MS Office application and any popular accounting system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and inter-personal skill
• Immediately available will be an advantage
