Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for introducing the self storage to the customer (on the phone or walk-in customer)
  • General instruments such as computer billing, daily inspection report
  • Working in the self storage location, but there is a need to go out to the bank

Requirements:

  • Form 3 level
  • Experience in customer/sales service is preferred
  • Good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese, and speak general Mandarin
    Able to read and write English
    Understand Chinese and English computer operation
    Have good communication skills, customer patience and politeness can do things independently, with a sense of responsibility
