Secretary / Personnal Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Secretary/Personal Assistant (Japanese Speaking) to join the team at Tomoike Industrial (HK) Ltd' in our Fo Tan Sha Tin District location. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our senior management.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute-taking
• Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with the coordination of events and functions
• Contributing to the smooth running of the office by performing a variety of clerical duties

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese (N1-N2 level is prefered)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Discreet, reliable and trustworthy with a keen eye for detail
