职位描述

Duties:

  • Provide all-round administrative and secretarial support to Director/Senior Management
  • Handle calendar management and travel logistics arrangement
  • Work and communicate closely with driver
  • Maintain an efficient administrative and filing system
  • Assist to organizing company events and office procurement
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent, with formal secretarial training would be an advantage
  • 3 years or above of  relevant working experience
  • Familiar with MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Excellent team player with strong motivation, proactive, able to work in fast paced, tight deadlines and results-driven environment
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
*Fresh graduate will also be considered as Junior Secretary*
