We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to help in our retail store. In this role, you will greet customers and provide them with product information or suggestions to achieve goals and driving results. Your other tasks involve keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with inventory. Since this is our busy season, we serve a high number of customers throughout the day. While this is a temporary position, we may offer regular positions to individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Employees must follow company policy and uphold brand standards at all times. You will work in a fun, inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for development and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide an engaging in store experience through interacting with customers and supporting teammates on the sales floor
- Efficiently balance all operational tasks for a variety of store functions
- Process POS transactions and create a memorable experience
- Achieve productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and visual standards are maintained throughout the day
- Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
- Assist with store opening projects and marketing activities as needed
- Assist with inventory and special Ad Hoc sales projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
- High Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1-year experience in retail sales
- Capable to do all pre-sales and marketing tasks including on-site presentation, events preparation, etc.
- Presentable, proactive, with strong sense of responsibility
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage

我們的職位要求:
- 高級文憑或同等相關學歷或以上
- 至少1年零售業工作經驗
- 能夠完成所有售前和行銷工作,包括櫥窗展示,活動籌備等
- 良好個人形象,積極主動,有強烈責任感
- 以客戶為導向,具有良好與人互動的溝通能力
- 良好的英,粵語(書寫能力),及普通話
