Sales & Marketing Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Taking sales orders and prepare reports
• Maintain filing systems including inventory levels, client documentation and etc. to ensure organization and accessibility of essential documents
• Assist in sales and marketing campaigns including event planning, product launches, digital platforms management and etc.
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents.
• Provide comprehensive secretarial support to senior management
• Provide personal support including errands, travel arrangements, reservations, and schedule coordination
• Perform ad-hoc duties and special assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales support
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong multitasking capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
