This role will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance Dragonfly’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain international school clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
· Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Marketing & Brand Management
· Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, events)
· Manage social media, website content, email marketing.
Others
· Work closely with operations team to ensure program delivery aligns with client expectations.
· Provide market insights to guide product development and service enhancements.
· Mentor and support junior sales/marketing staff as the team grows.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· Min. 3 years experience in sales & marketing, preferably in education, or B2B services.
· Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Passion for outdoor education and youth development is a plus.
· Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage).
· Potential to earn commission.
· Immediate availability preferred.
